If you meet all the targets, also no more salary! every month employee jurefix. rebuke everytime. never praise! no competencies but all duties! no benefits! not even for employees who ride a motorcycle. no support. constant change of employees, no core competence, suggestions for improvement and wishes are ignored, criticism isnt accepted, tits a risk of dismissal. arrogance ... employees are treated unequally. some are allowed ...

Kiska should give the responsibilities to the departments and the leaders. For example HR has not a lot of power. Give more trust to the employees and also treat them as they would be as important/more important as the clients.
